THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION IN CHILDREN AGE SCHOOL

At Sinar Asih Hospital there is a patient of 7 years old school age children accompanied by his mother, he named Nisa. Nisa was 3 in care in rose room no.004, she was nursing because of food poisoning that she bought while in school. Morning Arif nurse to give medicine to ayu's patient. Before the nurse rubi attacked the patient AYu, first he permission to the head of the ward.

Nurse Rubi          : Good morning Mom?

Head Room         : good morning, please sit down. What's up?

Nurse Rubi        : This is so, according to the medical records, that ayu's patient who was treated in rose room 004 this morning was scheduled to take medicine. I will help him take medicine. How , am I allowed?

Head Of The Room          : well, then do according to the existing procedure well rubi.

Nurse Rubi                       : thanks. Then I excuse myself.

head of the room               : yes, please.

                Nurse Rubi approached Ayu's patient in rose room 004 with a drug. But knowing that nisa will medicine, he was frightened because he did not like the bitter taste of the drug.

Nurse Rubi          : assalamu'alaikum, good morning Mother.

Mrs.Aida             : waalaikum salam.

Nurse Rubi        : introduce mother, my name is Rubi . I am on duty from 07.00 to 12.00 Clock.  Is Your Name Ayu .Incidentally today I will take care of the child's mother. Today I will give medicine to the mother's child, the goal so that the pain in the mother's stomach can be reduced. Later you can help me so that your child will take the medicine. How bu, is mother willing?

Mrs. Aida             : oh so, I'll help my child to recover soon.

Nurse Rubi           : good Mrs, so far how is Ayu?

Mrs.Aida              : yes like this, fuss was told to take drugs do not want.

Nurse Rubi           : oh. Ayu how are you?

Ayu                      : good nurse, I'm healthy.

                Nurse Rubi poured honey on the spoon and drunk it so that Ayu patients believed and would take the medicine. Then, nurse Rubi asked Ayu patient to take one drop

Nurse Rubi           : sweet nisa not bitter?

Ayu                      : yes the nurse is good.

Nurse Rubi           : well now nisa drink again , it was just a little drink.

                Nurse Rubi poured the medicine that Ayu patients actually drank on the prepared spoon, did not put honey anymore.

Ayu                        : (feeling bitterness)

                Ayu  felt bitterness with the medicine she drank. Then nurse Rubi  gave honey again so Ayu did not feel bitter again. After the medicine was finished, Rubi’s nurse said goodbye to Ms. Aida  and Ayu.

Mrs. Aida               : thanks nurse, already help my child take medicine. From yesterday she cried on, her      stomach in pain. Alhamdulilah after being assisted by the nurse, he took medicine.

Nurse Rubi              : yes,Mrs. it has become my duty to help Ayu  take medicine, and I am also happy to     help her. Ayu quickly healed, let me get to school again, play with friends Ayu again.

Ayu                          : yes nurse.

NurseRubi               : Then I went first. Later at 12.00 I will come here again to see the state of the next Ayu, as well as deliver food for Ayu. Suppose the mother needs my help again before 12:00 hours, the mother can push the button that is beside the bed Ayu or mother can meet me in the nursing room.Assalamu'alaikum

Mrs. Ayu                : waalaikum salam.

Wah sudah lama sekali ga nulis di blog.. Langsung aja deh .. Padahal udah telp dari pagi tetep aja kebagian nomer 31 ..dengan sabar nunggu dipanggil deh aku.nah akhirnya aku dipanggil..aku masuk dan langsung di usg ..alhamdulillah cairan kista dan kistaku hilang tak berbekas ..alhamdulillah.. Jeng jeng jeng... Akhirnya kami bisa program baby ..ohhh yess :* Aku dikasih resep obat namanya genoclom ( clomifene citrate 50 mg ) Diminun 1 x 2 tablet perhari selama 5 hari ke depan dengan waktu yg sama minumnya.misal minum pagi hari ...
