1.       what is theraputic communication ?
therapeutic communication a process in which the nurse consciously influences a client or helps the client to a better understanding through verbal or nonverbal communication. Therapeutic communication an interaction between a health care professional and a patient that aims to enhance the patient’s comfort , safety , trust, or health and well-being .

2.        why therapic communication is essential for nurses and patients ?
the therapeutic nurse means interacting with the client , the interaction facilitates the healting process in this case the nurse uses therapeutic communication as the ingredients. While the therapic relationship means an interaction relationship that has the nature of healig , and different from social relationship. Therapeutic is a helpful relationship between nurse-clients. This relationship is built for the benefit of client, while social relationships are designed to meet the needs of both parties.

3.       Define some skills that you know to be used in therapeutic communication ?
Communication skills are critical that must be owned by urses , because communication is a dynamic process used to collect assessment , provide education or health information-affect clients to apply it in life , show caring , provide comfort , fosterself-esteem and the client’s values. So it can also be concluded that in nursing , communication is an integral part of nursing care. Skill that can be done in therapeutic communication between them .
Honesty, Be positive ,Not confusing and quite expressiveEmphathy is not sympathy ,Able to see problems from client’ eyes

Wah sudah lama sekali ga nulis di blog.. Langsung aja deh .. Bulan kemarin aku udah seneng banget..udah telat hampir 2 minggu..tapi masih ragu mau test soalnya aku lumayan sering telat tapi ujung2 nya haid juga..pas lagi suasana liburan di BALI pula :( Syedih dehhhhh ;(  jadi liburan nya sedikit kurang menikmati.soalnya ga bisa main air :( huhuhu Nah sepulang dari BALI aku langsung buru2 ke SPOG langgananku dr.Dadan di klinik bunda alya.garut yg kebetulan deket dari rumah..mumpung masih suasana haid..hari ke 4. Padahal udah telp dari pagi tetep aja kebagian nomer 31 ..dengan sabar nunggu dipanggil deh aku.nah akhirnya aku dipanggil..aku masuk dan langsung di usg ..alhamdulillah cairan kista dan kistaku hilang tak berbekas ..alhamdulillah.. Jeng jeng jeng... Akhirnya kami bisa program baby ..ohhh yess :* Aku dikasih resep obat namanya genoclom ( clomifene citrate 50 mg ) Diminun 1 x 2 tablet perhari selama 5 hari ke depan dengan waktu yg sama minumnya.misal minum pagi hari ...
