1.What is assertiveness?
assertiveness is the ability to deal with others without causing humiliation.in human relationships, firmness is the ability to convey and execute the right thing at the right time. assertiveness involves understanding of human nature and appreciating the feelings of others.

2.Why assertive skill is essential for nurses?
Assertive behavior is very important for nurses because nurses are an important part of the hospital and the patient's healing, the assertive nature that the nurse must apply is having good self-confidence, expressing true opinions and expressions fearlessly and communicating with others seamlessly.

3.What are DESC in assesstive skills?
DESC is an assessment that includes from the assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills.
An attitude assessment consisting of
1. gradation / taxonomy of attitude
2. attitude assessment techniques and instruments
3. the result of attitude value processing
.Assessment of knowledge consisting of
1. cognitive processes
2. the dimension of knowledge
3. processes and results of knowledge assessment
4. knowledge assessment techniques
Assessment of skills that include
1. the skill dimension
2. process and result of skill assessment
3. techniques and forms of skills assessment

Wah sudah lama sekali ga nulis di blog.. Langsung aja deh .. Bulan kemarin aku udah seneng banget..udah telat hampir 2 minggu..tapi masih ragu mau test soalnya aku lumayan sering telat tapi ujung2 nya haid juga..pas lagi suasana liburan di BALI pula :( Syedih dehhhhh ;(  jadi liburan nya sedikit kurang menikmati.soalnya ga bisa main air :( huhuhu Nah sepulang dari BALI aku langsung buru2 ke SPOG langgananku dr.Dadan di klinik bunda alya.garut yg kebetulan deket dari rumah..mumpung masih suasana haid..hari ke 4. Padahal udah telp dari pagi tetep aja kebagian nomer 31 ..dengan sabar nunggu dipanggil deh aku.nah akhirnya aku dipanggil..aku masuk dan langsung di usg ..alhamdulillah cairan kista dan kistaku hilang tak berbekas ..alhamdulillah.. Jeng jeng jeng... Akhirnya kami bisa program baby ..ohhh yess :* Aku dikasih resep obat namanya genoclom ( clomifene citrate 50 mg ) Diminun 1 x 2 tablet perhari selama 5 hari ke depan dengan waktu yg sama minumnya.misal minum pagi hari ...
